We have partnership now and uploaded our subscriber badge. Our original has a size of 908 Byte and looks perfect. The end result in chat has 3596 byte (yes almost 4 times bigger) and looks ugly as hell because the alpha transparency was removed. WTH?

The only device I know that does not support alpha transparencies is IE6 and nobody uses it anymore. Why is this? How can we prevent Twitch from messing up our icons?

The twitch partner support ignored my questions and sent me not very helpful text blocks. However other partners e. g. http://www.twitch.tv/lirik have semitransparent icons and subscriber badges. So how do I get twitch to not do anything with our icons and just use them?

After reuploading it everything works fine. Neither the support nor me know what happened there. :no_mouth:
