Iframe problem does not work correct

Hello suddenly today stop to work an iframe that I used
for example write this iframe and run local

for example

or i try

src="https://player.twitch.tv/?channel=summit1g&parent=streamernews.example.com&muted=true"

allowfullscreen="true">

but the result is Screenshot by Lightshot with the message player.twitch.tv refused to connect…
what happened?
