There are no API endpoints to see the number of channel points any user on your channel has.
I don’t recall if the reasoning why has been mentioned by Twitch but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s because from the channel point value you could to some degree, albeit with increasing inaccuracy over time, determine a users watch time which is not something Twitch discloses.
