You need to create an oAuth loop to obtain the Steam ID not via Twitch.
Generally drops campaigns direct the user off Twitch to link their Twitch account to you, and from there you can then also link a SteamID via the SteamAPI in your own systems. You don’t get the SteamID from Twitch
