Twitch Developer Rig Download Url flagged as harmful

When i try to download the developer rig, i am always getting redirected to a page which says that the link was flagged as harmful and after the last security breaches and leaks i am concerned if the link was somehow replaced or something like that. Is this a known issue and can i download the file without harming my system?

Thats a bad/broken bit.ly URL that has been broken for ages.

Try:

  1. Download the Developer Rig for Windows, Mac, or Linux, then open the downloaded file to install the Rig:
