Is there any way you can keep us in the loop with status updates regarding chat when there are problems? Or, is there a more direct way to reach out when there are issues? I noticed the increase in rate limiting affected my Twitch Status site as well (making it report all servers down after the outage ended), but I had nobody to question and just assumed rate limits were silently changed as a result of the outage.
