The only channel points integration available for 3rd party developers currently is the channel-points-channel-v1.<channel_id> Pubsub topic https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/pubsub#topics
API endpoints are expected in the future, but it is unknown if we’ll be able to add/remove/query points or if Twitch only intends for 3rd party developers to just see channel points events but no other interaction.
