You do however seem to be usimg embedly instead of the documented Embed. So that might be the issue.
Embeds are documented here: Embedding Twitch | Twitch Developers and you generally would be utilising “Everything” - Everything | Twitch Developers

This accounts for the wix fileusr thing and both variations of the outer domain (however wix redirects nonwww to www)
