If you want to request Twitch add it then submit that suggestion to https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/310213-developers
Unless enough people show support for the idea though, it’s best to play it safe and assume it wont be a feature in Helix and use other, more supported, ways to get data than relying on the titles of an offline stream.
