Well, I may have asked the question a little too quickly… A simple Google search turned up https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601 which lead me to use the following SQL to obtain the correct Date/Time.
CAST('2011-03-19T15:42:22Z' AS DATETIME)
The result was
2011-03-19 15:42:22.000
