This is a developer forum, but since I’m here, things to try,
Clear Twitch.tv from cache and history
Disable all plugins/extensions
Try from another computer
Try from another ISP
If you still have the same result I will assume your region either didn’t get the new layout yet (unlikely)
or that your computer/ISP is caching your web content.
