There is not currently a way to do this, but there have been discussions around different uses of the bounty board and extensions.
With the new extensions discover experience, there is the ability to be featured. Historically, I have seen developers meet with success reaching out to targeted broadcasters over social media too.
This is a space that requires maturing.
