There’s no API for Soundtrack. There is a Feature Request for that to be added though, https://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/310213-developers/suggestions/41519095-provide-soundtrack-control-api, so if you vote for that it’ll help Twitch see that there is interest in such an API.
