The only supported 3rd party interaction with Channel Points is the Pubsub topic for when a custom reward is redeemed: https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/pubsub#topics
There are plans for API endpoints to be added in the near future, but there has been no information as to what data will or wont be allowed to be available.
