Then it’s a troll trolling.
If you have not setup a tipping link, and you have not even go a PayPal, then they didn’t it’s a person in chat trolling.
There is no way to link anything to your twitch account to facilitate tipping/donating, you must use a third party system for that sort of thing. Such as a paypal direct pay link, or a third party system that offers on screen notifications etc.
