If by segment you want the timestamps of when a given part of a stream started?
No the Twitch API cannot do that.
But if you were listening to Webhooks for Stream Change notifications, and the title of the stream was updated to match the DJ playing, then you can collect that data during the stream.
But you can’t collect this after the fact/stream has ended
