OK so I am looking into creating a points system and want to ask if there are any “doos & donts” when creating a points system.
So I see that people have chat bots that keep a log of points when people are in there chat.
Can these points be use to
a: run chat commands based on points? (so a command cost is 100points. someone with 200points can run the command but someone with 50points cant)
b: bet points to double there points? (a user with 2000 points can bet 100 points and if they win they receive 200 points back, they would now have 2200points)
I would just like to know if there are any guidelines and doos and donts when it comes to points
