I can only second that, or atleast an option to get notified for a bulk of users (for every application that allows multiple streamers to signup the current solution sadly isn’t enough).
A bulk notification for streams up/down could maybe just notify about subscribed streams that went live every 5/10 minutes or some other interval? to avoid the need to send too many requests on the side of twitch?
