Essentially, don’t worry about it. Twitch will ban the bots in one of their next ban waves, and if you didn’t instigate the follow bot then you have absolutely nothing to worry about and don’t need to take any action at all, and please don’t try to use any 3rd party tools to remove the bots as Twitch will take care of it in time and the bots pose no actual harm to your channel in any way.
