I don’t use windows but making a file with the name .env.local in the rig’s root with these contents should work:
EXT_CLIENT_ID=...
EXT_SECRET=...
EXT_VERSION=...
EXT_CHANNEL=...
EXT_OWNER_NAME=...
more convenient too
