This was my point. Bot lists that are made from this method don’t actually indicate this at all, therefore using them does not actual prevent malicious bots.
I’m not saying that it’s not perfect, I’m saying that it’s nowhere close.
I was just giving the join-on-demand method as one example that would probably be someone’s first thought, refer to the second one for a better solution, no JOINs needed
