Featured Extensions are manually curated, and for the longest time it’s an area of Extension discovery that has been neglected and unchanged, even featuring broken Extensions.
There may be changed in the future to allow developers to request their Extensions to be featured but right now there’s no point of contact to handle that and so any promotion of your Extension will have to be done by yourself and not Twitch.
