@Six OP’s inquiry is that, the subscriber tag is showing as 0 (subscriber=0 - thus, they are not a sub in the back end) however they have a sub badge (also indicated by the tag in badges), so there may be a delay in when the Prime subscription has expired (hence subscriber=0) however the token isn’t available for re-subscription so the user still has the badge (or atleast, that was Dallas’s initial guess
