I am trying to connect my chat bot using tmi.js. I can’t connect. My OUATH token is fine, that’s not the problem. 1 week ago I was able to connect correctly. Is the server down? What is the problem?.

That sounds like a usual temporary issue caused from a bad connection or connectivity route.
Or a proxy/vpn/adblocker/scriptblocker thing is in the way inteferring with the normal connection.
Like how you try to connect to a service speaking Socket but the service responds in HTTP.
