The reason that this happens is your bots were reported by users that your bot sent messages to as spam several times, with increasing durations once thresholds are reached.
When this happens we limit conversations created by that user, which also happens to include starting new conversations.
I’ve unblocked sk00ntbot and daintyb0t. I’d recommend also turning on two factor auth, and applying for the known bot status, so this is avoided in the future. That allows us to track your bot, and what it does, so we don’t assume you’re a spam bot right off the bat.
