How to get emote URLs by streamer

There’s a really deprecated “v1 API” I found that may-or-may-not be kept up to date, and it gets badges, not emotes ( https://badges.twitch.tv/v1/badges/channels/39392583/display )

Is correct, there just is no official end point for it really™
