In chat itself or a chat overlay?
In chat itself:
A bot can’t arbitarily post a flipped emote.
If flipped is an option via channel point rewards then a human would have to redeem that every 24 hours to allow the bot to use a flipped emote (if thats an option in the points store)
It a chat overlay, do what you want.
This isn’t possilble “directly” in chat
