Go to their Twitch page and see if they have a listed method of contact, perhaps checking their other social media accounts to see if they link one.
It is frowned on to send out unsolicited messages, so unless they have specifically listed an email address, or contact method, I’d suggest you don’t attempt to reach out to them.
