It’s not in v3 or v5. It’s a undocumented endpoint

https://tmi.twitch.tv/group/user/STREAMER/chatters

Kraken/v3/v5 end points are

https://api.twitch.tv/kraken/

So right now, who knows. It’s not an “official” end point that everyone currently uses.
