Services like Moobot and Nightbot have elevated privileges that 99% of other services don’t have access to. I have no idea if this is one of them, but it might be. However, there’s also a good chance the partnered channels that use the bot granted them subscription rights without needing to subscribe.
There’s always the option to have the broadcaster give the bot a sub if they would be willing to do so.
