Hi,

As the title says, I need to listen for notifications when streamers of my choosing goes live. Looking throughout the documentation, I’ve found the [PubSub page](https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/eventsub/). The first example there says: _A broadcaster goes online_:

 ![Captura de tela 2023-08-17 120924](https://d2spem0quai2ol.cloudfront.net/original/3X/8/0/80c556ffde83368fb293f84007fa730f9ca18c3a.png)

So, I assume it is possible. The page says I will need to use webhooks or WebSockets. Going to the [Twitch API Reference](https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/api/reference/#create-eventsub-subscription), there is no “Going Live” event.

Am I missing something?
Summarizing, I would like to:

1. Receive notification when a streamer goes online
2. Check if a streamer is online

Thank you so much.
If you don’t mind, could you help me showing where I can find example using websockets in Python? The solutions I find on the web uses something different. I’m kinda lost to how to start the code structure.
