You can get a notification that a streamer has gone live by using a Helix Webhook, but this doesn’t include the “Go Live” message as set by the streamer.
Check the Helix Webhooks Guide for how to set up a PubSub server to use webhooks, if you just want a notification that a certain channel goes up or down without the streamer’s message.
