Streamer location is confidential information and not provided through the API.
You have no way to get region information about a stream without either asking the streamers themselves, checking their title for country names, or relying on the broadcasters stream language setting, all of which would be have significant margin of error and not always give a reasonable region (eg, multiple countries speak the same languages, and not someone speaking a certain language may live abroad so it’ll be unreliable data).
