New apis will be announced on this forum. Public beta is public. They will publish the endpoint for use but the schema may change that’s why they tag it as beta. They already said they wouldn’t be allowing programmatic redemptions of channel points to keep the flow consistent. But you are more than welcome to post your comment on user voice with your use case for it.
