Any that you want to use, an EBS can use whatever you want as you host, manage, and control that EBS.
If there are any free ones I don’t know of any. I wouldn’t use a free one, since it’ls gonna have a number of limitations
For any TTS I need to do I use Amazon Polly myself.
Which has a free tier of 5 million characters a month
