Flat list of streams for followed games

You would need to make a request to

https://api.twitch.tv/api/users/{user_login}/follows/games/live

That would generate a list like this: https://gist.github.com/xangold/355e6e4861e40e396dcf024cbbde1d94

{
   "_total":3,
   "follows":[
      {
         "viewers":2989,
         "channels":418,
         "game":{
            "name":"ARK",
            "_id":489635,
            "giantbomb_id":49642,
            "box":{
               "large":"https://static-cdn.jtvnw.net/ttv-boxart/ARK-272x380.jpg",
               "medium":"https://static-cdn.jtvnw.net/ttv-boxart/ARK-136x190.jpg",
               "small":"https://static-cdn.jtvnw.net/ttv-boxart/ARK-52x72.jpg",
               "template":"https://static-cdn.jtvnw.net/ttv-boxart/ARK-{width}x{height}.jpg"
            },
            "logo":{
               "large":"https://static-cdn.jtvnw.net/ttv-logoart/ARK-240x144.jpg",
               "medium":"https://static-cdn.jtvnw.net/ttv-logoart/ARK-120x72.jpg",
               "small":"https://static-cdn.jtvnw.net/ttv-logoart/ARK-60x36.jpg",
               "template":"https://static-cdn.jtvnw.net/ttv-logoart/ARK-{width}x{height}.jpg"
            },
            "properties":{

            },
            "_links":{

            }
         }
      }
   ]
}

In order to get the streams from those, you would need to make kraken/streams requests for each game.
