Transcoding is available for all partners and some affiliate/normal users if resources are available. These are listed as the additional qualities (720p, 480p, 360p, etc.) in the video player options. “Source” is not transcoded, just transmuxed so the resolution and quality are exactly the same as what is leaving the broadcaster’s encoder.
