If your Extension needs more than what Twitch Extension PubSub allows for you would need to use your own service, such as having Extension clients connect directly to your backend over a Websocket or periodically polling a HTTP endpoint. By using your own system you would not be constrained by Twitch’s limits.

@Dist , followup question, is there a way I could simulate test many concurrent users? example 70k concurrent users?
