Twitch Chat servers have changed from irc.twitch.tv to something else.
You can determine the new server by going to:
http://tmi.twitch.tv/servers?channel=channelname
and using the server listed there. So far, I haven’t seen anything other than irc.chat.twitch.tv:80 used.
