Hi, is it possible via the api to modify blocks with the information of the streamer on a stream?

Assuming you mean the panels? The basic ones that you can edit on the website cannot be edited via the API. You can create a panel [extension](https://dev.twitch.tv/extensions) if you need dynamic content.
