Caching Vs Fetching / The Future of Twitch Bots?

Though now i wish to go to see if i currently can improve the accuracy of my test and perhaps bring a library onto smaller bots to provide caching, which should both benefit the API with less calls and the bots with a lesser response time as they wont be using calls as their main source of information, and instead targeting the cache.

What are you intending to cache?
