My username is proddy3. My bot(s) usernames are: AOAAGoldBot, ZHBot, any any username that a customer of the bot decides to use. I can provide the IP the bots run from, as theyā€™re all on the same server.

@Proddy3 We are not whitelisting IPs at this time. Please only request a whitelist if you have experienced issues. We are evaluating each case to make sure that we arenā€™t wholesale whitelisting all users.

I had issues with the AOAAGoldBot, but they seem to have been resolved. I donā€™t know if Iā€™ve had issues with ZH, as I didnā€™t test

My bot account Snusbot got banned from sending and receiving whispers earlier today, even though the account is supposed to be whitelisted.
Sent a tweet as soon as I noticed it, thought Iā€™d create a post here as well.

My bot account Snusbot got banned from sending and receiving whispers again, even though the account is supposed to be whitelisted.
I assume I am doing something else wrong? Is there a rate limit on whispers I need to watch for? Last time the ban lasted for more than 24 hours, so I would assume the ban wasnā€™t spam-related.

Any help is appreciated, thanks!
