The blocks stuff is often very backed up/deleayed due to “misuse” by other developers.
So it’s likely just that. People do not use these endpoints really for what they were intended to. So the system is often overloaded.
I anticipate it’s fine just “delayed” as the underlying service is busy/overloaded/not processed your request yet.
People “misuse” these endpoints to remove follows from their account for some reason and as a result the service is overloaded.
