The legacy, and unsupported, `https://badges.twitch.tv` was deprecated and following several outage windows leading up to the permanent shutdown, it was shutdown as explained in the announcement post that was made at the end of March, [Legacy badges endpoint shutdown details and timeline - June 2023](https://staging-discuss.dev.twitch.com/t/legacy-badges-endpoint-shutdown-details-and-timeline-june-2023/44621) ---
