Update:
I contacted my Twitch manager to resolve this issue. I now have AWS credits.
Some notes for others if this happens to them. Contact AWS and explain the situation. They extended my hosting cancelation date. Note AWS will send a few warnings before terminating your account. I was close to this date since I was supposed to receive the credits back in October.
