Everyone should always have “0” since those are global emotions anyone can use. The other values are for each product the user purchased or has access to. They are static in the sense that the emoticon_set for a specific product (ex: $4.99 sub to Lirik) shoudn’t change but there are thousands of possible products and values for things like subs, Prime, Turbo, crate rewards, etc.
