Twitch API doesn’t report “minutes watched”.
For this sort of thing, people generally use the undocumented by widely use “chatters” endpoint. (http://tmi.twitch.tv/group/user/USERNAME/chatters), and determine their own way to do it.
Twitch API won’t provide this data.
